Starting Points

Initially, the idea of this site was to share with friends, and celebrate, the ideas that we have fashioned to understand the world around us.

Books of course lie at the heart of this and at least I have made a beginning with my Book List, and brief introductions to many of them. Over the months, a few other things have also slipped in. You might explore the pages listed at left.

But also, while struggling with design for this site, my agenda was diverted into HTML and the possibilities of Cascading Style Sheets. What I learnt, I have tried to show; see the too-many pages of WebTech and its Scrapbook.
